||
|
York RLFC Foundation are launching Offload in York – a free, friendly and relaxed mental well-being programme for men delivered by Rugby League Cares – and I would like to ask if you could help us spread the word and consider signing up yourself?!
Offload is a high-quality, evidence-based programme delivered by current and former professional players, sharing real-life experiences alongside practical tools to support resilience, well-being and performance. Since 2017, it has supported over 30,000 people nationwide and is recognised as best practice in community mental health.
The programme is aimed at improving individual general well-being and helping you understand what factors contribute to health and well-being, and what steps can be taken to maximise your mental health.
📅 Six-week programme Starts Thursday, 18th June, 6:15–7:15 pm. (Participants are asked to attend a minimum of 4 of the 6 sessions) This first cohort is for men aged 18+
The first session will be led by rugby league legend Keith Senior, Head of Wellbeing programmes at Rugby League Cares.

The York programme has been made possible thanks to funding awarded by the York Centre for Voluntary Service (York CVS) through the Community Mental Health Transformation Grant Programme. | ||
